Nitomortar S
Nitomortar S is used for the fast and permanent reinstatement of concrete, particularly where high strength, abrasion - resistance and resistance to chemicals is required. The product is designed for horizontal use but can be applied vertically, although generally in thinner sections. It is ideally suited for acid tanks, sea walls, industrial floors and for use as a bedding mortar. Nitomortar S can be used for emergency repairs where fast strength gain is important. When properly compacted, the mortar is highly impermeable. In certain instances, Nitomortar S can be used on metal substrates. Contact the local Fosroc office for advice in this respect.
Nitomortar 30
For permanent repairs to concrete structure and cementitious substrates where strength, impermeability to water and resistance to aggressive chemicals is required. Ideally suited for maintaining engineering, chemical handling and processing plants.
Nitocote VF
For fi lling blow holes, making good slightly damaged concrete, eliminating minor irregularities on fl oors and walls prior to applying Nitofl or and Nitocote epoxy coatings.
Nitomortar FC
Nitomortar FC is designed for application to minor imperfections in concrete surfaces. It is suitable for application from a featheredge to 3 mm, and can be used in the following situations : Filling pinholes prior to overcoating with Nitocote*† or Nitofl or*† products. General reprofi ling over large areas, up to 3 mm depth. Sealing of surface cracks in preparation for crack injection.
Nitomortar PE
For fast and emergency reinstatement of concrete, bedding, jointing and reprofi ling of concrete, masonry and brickwork. Nitomortar PE is ideally suited for the repair and reprofi ling of precast concrete units, damaged raisers and treads. It can be used to infi ll hollows and holes in concrete fl oors, bedding and fi xing kerbstones, manhole sets, frames, brick slips, ceramic tiles, slabs and coping stones. Nitomortar PE Concrete should be used to repair larger voids. The products are especially useful where fast strength gain is important. When properly compacted, they are highly impermeable.
Expocrete EC (Formerly Nitocote EC)
For fast and permanent reinstatement of concrete, particularly where high strength, abrasion, impact and chemical resistance are required. The product is designed for horizontal applications. It is ideally suited for reinstatement of defective concrete surface in bridges, dams, foundations, slabs, joints in highways, concrete runways and for use as a bedding material.
Sika MonoTop-3400 Abraroc
For new and refurbishment of structures subject to hydraulic abrasion (sewer pipes, sewage treatment plants, dams and maritime structures) ▪ ▪ Water retaining structures containing water (pH > 4) ▪ Abrasion resistant protective mortar layer Structures subjected to heavy abrasion or mechanical loads (Storage or loading bays, Silo floors, Industrial floors etc. ▪ Suitable for the environments XC1-XC4, XD1-XD3, XS1-XS3, XF1- XF4, XA1-XA3 according to the standard EN 206. ▪ Restoration work (Principle 3, method 3.1 and 3.3 of EN 1504-9). Repair of spalling and damaged concrete in infrastructure and superstructure works. ▪ Structural strengthening (Principle 4, method 4.4 pf EN 1504-9). Increasing the bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding mortar. ▪ Preserving or restoring passivity (Principle 7, method 7,1 and 7,2 of EN 1504-9) - Increasing cover with additional mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete
Sika MonoTop®-4012
Sika MonoTop®-4012 is a 1-part, cementitious, fibre reinforced, low shrinkage repair mortar. It contains recycled waste materials and can reduce the carbon footprint application activity calculations.
