Renderoc HB2
Renderoc HB2 is a cementitious repair compound which is used to reinstate damaged and deteriorated concrete. This product is suitable where above average chloride and carbondioxide resistance is required. Due to the light weight nature of the product Renderoc HB2 is recommended for high build repair to reinforced concrete in vertical or overhead situations where thicknesses of upto 40mm vertically or 25mm overhead can be achieved in a single application.
Renderoc S2
For the reinstatement of concrete in small localised patch repairs. Renderoc S2 is alkaline in nature and will protect embedded steel reinforcement. It is specially designed for location where high compressive strengths are required. The mortar is suitable where superior resistance is required to chlorides and carbon dioxide.
Renderoc SP40
Renderoc SP40 is suitable for wet spraying and hand application in a wide variety of repair applications, and is particularly well suited to vertical and overhead repairs. Typical applications would include, but not be limited to, the following: Mass infi ll to large areas Repairs to irregular profi les Excellent for repairs to fi re-damaged concrete Fast track repair programmes, where rapid application at high volume is required Single layer, high build applications
Renderoc HS Xtra
Renderoc HSXtra is suitable for hand and trowel application for repairs where high load bearing is required. Typical applications would include, but not be limited to, the following: Vertical and overhead repairs to restore ‘covercrete’ General concrete and masonry repairs Voids greater than 10 mm deep Repairs to honeycombing Larger scale repairs where formwork cannot be erected
Renderoc DS 40

Master Emaco -S
SikaEmaco® S is the ideal material for vertical, horizontal or overhead structural repairs where the thickness of repair is more than 10-12 mm and use of hand or machine applied structural repair systems is required. Typical applications are: ▪ Extensive repairs to beams, columns and other structural elements ▪ Cooling towers, chimneys, silos and other industrial structures ▪ Dams, Water treatment and sewerage facilities before subsequent coating ▪ Tunnels, pipes, outfalls and all below ground construction ▪ Marine structures, Jetty, Bridge Deck Slab etc
